Design Consultation

Meeting scheduled for June 25 @ 2:00p BST (9:00a ET.

All of your aesthetic/creative direction materials will be due prior to this meeting. We will discuss each visual reference piece that you chose and decide on a specific aesthetic direction for your site.

  • No, we don’t mean to hold you hostage all day! We will meet at 9am, 1pm and 4:30pm. We like clients to be generally available on the Launch Day just in case we have a question that blocks our progress. Usually, we can clear up questions with a text message. It would not be ideal if you were, for example, on an airplane or on a hike without phone reception. You can find more details in your welcome packet.

  • Yes, we can change the project—just ask! Some things, like the design of a logo, will add time to the project so we may need to reschedule the design day meeting. Any extra charges will be billed upon completion.

  • We offer a variety of enhancements to the basic Rapid Website package. Below is a list of popular add-ons, but the sky is the limit—just ask!

    Additional pages: $250+ per page (prices vary by complexity of the page)

    • Additional “Design Day” : includes 5 extra pages +$1,000

    • Logo Design: starts at $300*

    • Newsletter: Set up + connect to your site (Squarespace, Mailerlite or Mailchimp) $150

    • Add a blog: +$250

    • LinkedIn/Twitter graphics: Starts at $100*

    • Business Card Layout: Starts at $100*

    *We do all branding work on an hourly basis. Hourly rates vary by designer.

  • Yes, upon final payment, I will transfer complete ownership of the site to your Squarespace account. I will make myself an admin of your site so that I can continue to offer support, if you need it.

  • At the end of your design day, Twill will conduct a recorded training session that will help you understand how to make changes to your site. But if you aren’t comfortable making a change, don’t worry—Twill is here to help! If you need anything, just contact us via our contact form or by email (alexis@twillcreative.com), and we will help you out. Generally, additional support is offered at our regular hourly rate.
