For first-time clients, we start each small project with a simple one-hour booking deposit. This deposit holds your spot in my schedule and is fully applied to your final invoice once the work is complete.
How It Works
1. Get in touch
Use the contact form to tell us a bit about your project. We’ll reply promptly to confirm scope, timing, and next steps.
2. Reserve your project
Once we’ve agreed on the details, you’ll pay a one-hour booking deposit ($130). This confirms your spot in our calendar and allows me to begin work.
3. Design + Delivery
Most small projects take about 3–4 hours in total. You’ll receive proofs or deliverables for review, and we’ll make any agreed-upon revisions.
4. Final invoice
When the work is complete, I’ll send a final invoice through QuickBooks reflecting your total hours minus the booking deposit. Payment is due within 7 days of delivery.

Deposits are non-refundable once work begins but are always applied in full to your final invoice. Hourly rate: $130/hr. Most small projects range between 3–5 hours.
